The DGT Is Introducing This Change To Make Breakdowns And Roadside Emergencies Safer For Everyone. The V16 Light Replaces The Old Triangle And Uses Bright LED Technology And Geolocation To Ensure Other Drivers And Emergency Services Can See And Locate You Quickly.

Extra Bright LED Light – Ensures Other Drivers Can See You From Hundreds Of Metres Away, Even In Low Visibility Or Difficult Conditions.
Easy Setup – As We Would Have Already Registered It For You, In Case Of An Emergency, Take The Light Out Of Your Glovebox, Place The Batteries In And Turn It On Then Place It On The Roof Of Your Car. The Light Includes A Metal Strip Located On The Bottom Of The Light Which Ensures It Will Stay Put Even In Windy Conditions.
V16 Geolocation – These Lights Include A Prepaid SIM Card That Lasts Until 2038, When Turned On, The DGT Will Receive Your Location Anonymously Through The 3.0 Platform, Ensuring A Fast And Accurate Response.

Some V16 Homologated Lights May NOT Include SIM Cards Or Geoloaction, Meaning The DGT Won’t Be Able To Access Your Location In An Emergency. Lights Without Geolocation Are Not Valid And Can Result In A Fine.
